Nathan Heaney is currently the Head of Athlete Performance and Development at Xavier College, Melbourne. He has acquired experience across the Victorian Institute of Sport, Victorian Football League, AFL Victoria and at the Adelaide Crows. Nathan’s primary areas of interest are running conditioning periodisation and application, objectively guided interval training and the athletic development of high performance and aspirational athletes.
